How to convert images to PDF
- Drop one or more images onto the box, or click to browse.
- Arrange them with the ← → arrows; remove any with ✕.
- Choose the page size (A4, US Letter, or fit to the image), orientation, and margin.
- Click Convert and the PDF downloads.
The PDF is built in your browser with pdf-lib. Your photos are never uploaded — which matters when they’re ID documents, receipts or anything private.
Choosing settings
- A4 or Letter — for documents you’ll print or attach to forms. The image is scaled to fit inside the margins and centred; the aspect ratio is preserved, so nothing is stretched.
- Fit to image — for photos or screenshots you’ll only view on screen; the page matches the picture exactly.
- Orientation: Auto — landscape images get a landscape page, portrait images a portrait one. Force a single orientation if you want consistency for printing.
- Margin — “None” for edge-to-edge, “Large” (1 inch) for a traditional document look.
Common uses
- Receipts and expenses — photograph receipts, convert them into one PDF for an expense claim.
- ID and forms — many portals accept only PDF; convert a phone photo of a passport or a signed form.
- Scans without a scanner — photos of pages become a shareable multi-page document.

- Archiving — a PDF keeps a set of images together with a fixed page order.
Tips for good results
- Crop first. Straighten and crop photos of documents in your phone’s gallery app before converting; the tool doesn’t edit images.
- Watch the size. A PDF made from ten 12-megapixel photos will be 30–40 MB. If you need it smaller, reduce the images with the image compressor first.
- Order = page order. Check the thumbnails before converting.
- PNG for screenshots, JPG for photos. PNG keeps text crisp; JPG keeps photos small.

Frequently asked questions
Which image formats work?
JPG and PNG are embedded directly. WebP, GIF, BMP, AVIF and HEIC (if your browser can open it) are converted to PNG first, so anything your browser can display will work.
Does converting reduce image quality?
No. JPG and PNG files are embedded byte-for-byte, so the PDF contains exactly the pixels you started with. Other formats are converted losslessly to PNG.
What does "Fit to image" mean?
Each page is sized to the image itself (plus the margin), so a 3000×2000 photo becomes a 3000×2000-point page. Use it when you don't need a standard paper size.
Can I make one PDF from several photos?
Yes — add all the images, arrange them with the arrows, and they become pages in that order in a single PDF.
