Square footage, concrete, paint, tile and mulch estimates.
Every home project starts with the same question: how much do I need? Concrete is ordered in cubic yards, paint covers a certain number of square feet per gallon, tile is sold by the box and mulch by the bag or the yard. Guessing wrong in either direction costs money or a second trip to the store.
These estimators use the standard trade formulas with sensible waste allowances built in, show bag counts and weights alongside volumes, and explain their assumptions — slab thickness, coverage rates, typical depths — so you can adjust them to your job. Measure once with the square footage calculator and feed the result into any of the others.
Calculate the square footage of rooms, floors, walls or land — rectangles, circles, triangles and L-shapes, added together — with cost per sq ft.
Work out how many cubic yards of concrete or how many 80, 60 or 40 lb bags you need for a slab, footing, column or stairs, with waste and cost.
Find out how many gallons of paint you need for a room or set of walls, accounting for doors, windows, coats, ceiling and paint coverage.
Calculate how many tiles and boxes you need for a floor or wall from the area, tile size and grout gap, with a waste allowance for cuts and breakage.
Calculate cubic yards, bags and weight of mulch, topsoil, gravel, crushed stone, river rock or sand for any area and depth, with bulk vs bagged cost.
