How to convert Celsius to Kelvin
Use the formula K = °C + 273.15. Temperature scales have different zero points, so it's not a simple multiplication. Landmarks: water freezes at 0 °C / 32 °F / 273.15 K and boils at 100 °C / 212 °F / 373.15 K; normal body temperature is about 37 °C / 98.6 °F; −40 is the same in Celsius and Fahrenheit.
